In today’s world where people are wearing many hats in the workplace that isn’t more true than ever for today’s frontline managers. They are responsible for managing their hourly workers, keeping an eye on the day to day sales or financials in the business and hiring. These are not trained recruiters yet as a whole they are tasked with hiring 58% of the workforce.
Frontline managers are also onboarding and training many people on a daily and weekly basis. Now also add onto their plate the add task of keeping all of their workers safe and following the new cleaning safety protocols and you have a plate that has run over!

Her current role is focused on designing new products to take to market to bolster AMS’ leadership position in the global recruitment industry.
Quincy has more than twenty years of experience in recruitment, having worked in corporate, technology provider, staffing, and RPO organizations. She has first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, leaders, and vendors, having worn all of those hats over the course of her career, and is on a mission to change the way organizations think about and approach talent acquisition.

Noel is the Senior Vice President, Product Innovation at AMS. He is a veteran of business development and out-of-the-box thinking, Noel has been a leader in his roles over the years for several companies, including Karen HR, Bam Digital, Quikmint, SpeakFeel, and Agnition.
During his career as a technology leader, Noel has developed a passion for products and innovations and has been the driving force behind products such as: Karen AI, Quikmint, OOLYO, Tech & Design and TeamHQ. In addition, Noel has been a strategic advisor for high profile clients such as Torstar Digital, Syngenta, Toyota, IBM and helped them to build a product-driven approach to business.
