David brings an incredible set of experiences from his 20+ years in the HR Tech space, from trusted advisor, to start up executive, to community leader, to strategic thinker and is truly a subject matter expert in our space. David is a veteran in the HR Technology space having put into place global technology platforms for large Fortune 500 companies, like Hitatchi, as well as served as a Director of Product Strategy for an early pioneer of total HR software solutions from payroll to benefits. His over 20 years’ experience in the intersection of people, process and technology has generated scalable and transferable positive business outcomes. David’s contributions to the HR space does not stop there– he serves to educate future HR and talent acquisition leaders as an adjunct professor of HR Analytics at Palo Alto University and is a noted speaker in the HR Technology space.
Launched in February 2019, JobSync builds data connections between ATSs and traditional job sites like Indeed, and non-traditional sites like Facebook, to provide applicants with an easy to complete apply process on the job site of their choice, removing friction and delivering a complete application into the employer’s ATS significantly reducing application drop-off and improving the ROI of employers job advertising campaigns.
